Nothing on this website constitutes investment, financial, legal, or trading advice. Cryptoassets and tokens on decentralized networks carry extreme volatility and risk of capital loss. Never base investment decisions on automated algorithmic indicators or scores. Scores change fast and describe trailing 60-minute windows only.

2. What Is Stored (Zero Visitor Tracking)

Mogul Build operates on an immutable privacy principle:

• No accounts: We do not offer logins, user profiles, or registration forms.
• No cookies: We use zero tracking cookies, marketing cookies, or persistent device identifiers.
• No visitor wallet data: We never request wallet signatures, never connect Web3 wallets, and never observe your private keys or personal balances.
• Local Lookups: Recent search history is stored strictly on your local browser device via localStorage. This data never touches our servers and can be wiped instantly by clearing browser storage.

3. On-Chain Wallet Labels & Attribution

Identifications such as “launch bundle”, “sniper”, “deployer”, or “co-funded cluster” represent observable transaction patterns recorded immutably on the Solana ledger. They do not constitute accusations of illegality, malicious intent, or regulatory infringement. Mogul Build never refers to tokens as “scams” or “rugs”, and never labels any individual as a “scammer”.
